The food craving!!!

We all are craving for outside food. whether its gyansblogs pr it may be monti sonti or ronti, all are. As you all know food is essential for us in our daily life and food is basis necessity for a human being. But some time we crave for some street food or restaurant food once in a while. From past 3 month due to this pandemic we all are craving for some restaurant style food but as we are stuck in our home we all are eating the same old home-made food. To reduce my craving I thought of making food I am craving for at home, so I started watching some cooking videos, at first I thought making food would be easy but only eating food is easy, making food is the hard part. So I failed miserably in cooking but still I was craving for good food, while watching those cooking videos my eyes were filled with tears because I can't have the food I am seeing in front of me and mouth was watering because of the craving. Food act as comfort not only for me but to others as well. Comfort food can be any food which help you to relief stress or pain you are feeling.


FOR ME THESE ALL ARE COMFORT AND RELAXING FOOD.

During stress people prefer something sweet to eat. Even during the menstruation cycle or periods girls have mood swings and bear so much pain so they prefer eating chocolate or something sweet to reduce the pain and for comfort and even pregnant women crave food during there pregnancy. I am not a girl or nor I am pregnant but still I don't know why am I craving for greasy ,sweet, wholesome food. I would love to share a fact to you guys that only while eating food we use all our five senses of the body, isn't that interesting. Firstly see the food, secondly the smell of the food, third the touch, fourth sound of the food and the last the taste. All these sense make the food more delicious to eat. Lastly guys we know some restaurant are opened and are serving food but we don't know is it safe to eat or not but we can't help the craving we are having. So if you are having outside food firstly see their precautions and safety measure. Try to eat hot and fresh stuffs. Avoid making chaos and maintain social distancing. So friends during these pandemic make smart choices cause directly or indirectly it will affect your family. Stay safe and keep loving.
