Yes you read it right fake data entry works to be beware of. So,

Welcome to gyansblogs, these blog will be continuation of previous online data entry fraud jobs in 2020 i.e fake data entry and work from home jobs of 2020. The company of these scamsters are fake with fake agreement and fake lawyers. So without saying anything else lets get straight to the point.

In previous blog we discussed about tje gake advocate call ajd threats. In these I'll state you something related to agreement. Their swctions and their invalid threat. Ok so lets start with the agreement, so when we see the agreement i.e government stamp we will see the same date and time with same identifucation number. Identification number is nothing but a specific number that enables or helps to know for which purpose was the agreement made, like for property, for work, for employment whatever it may be. If we see it in my case date is of 08 JANUARY 2020 and time is 15:08. And specific id number is PB5277, For reference see the below agreement both agreement are of two different people from different state and location. And if seen properly there are few dots in both the agreement and some dust in both agreement. So how is these even possible that the person getting the job after 15 days get the same agreement stamp as one of before. 

 Now next is they say that we have broken the contract and we are responsible to pay the due of 2-3 lakhs in court. First of all 

COURT DOES NOT ACCEPT THE CASE OF FAKE COMPANY AS IN OUR CASE ZET TECHNOLOGY DOES NOT EXIST.

SECONDLY A COMPANY CAN'T ASK FOR DUE IN LAKHS IF IT HASN'T USED ANY OF ITS SOURCES OR RAW MATERIAL IN OUR TRAINNING AND OTHER PURPOSE.

THIRDLY COMPANY IS RESPONSIBLE TO BE SUED  CAUSE THE COMPANY HASN'T SHARED ALL THE DETAILS REGARDING THE CONTRACT AND THE INTENTION OF COMPANY WAS TO FRAUD THE CLIENT. 

No agreement can force its client to work for the organisation if the client is not willing to. 

What to do if stuck in these trap first if all talk to someone and if possible consult a lawyer. Than do complain about the conpany on consumercomplaint.in and also on cybercell portal. Most importantly share to your friends and family even on social media aboit the fraud to help others to be save from these trap.

HOW TO FIND OUT WHETHER COMPANY IS REAL OR FRAUD?

To find out whether the company is fraud or real you need to log in to mca.in there you can check for companies name if company is visible than its real if nots its fake or there is high risk in doing work with such organisation. Do report the problem. And to know whether the work is genuine or not first look after their salary offering like in my case I was said to get salary of 30000. Suppose by only captcha filling if one can get 30000 than todays scenerio of India must have been different. There would not be any lower line, there would not be any poverty. And if we are getting 30000 than whats the company getting. No matter how big or small company is, no matter whether the company is sole proprietor or partnership firm it has to register itself under MCA.

There are many fraud companies nowadays looting or asking for money from the students, girls and others on the name of job. According to my information it all starts with the form filling in quicker.com, first we fill our application there and soon after some days we receive call related to job of data entry. We don't know if its gonna end or no itself, but we can handle it by ourself by sharing and creating awareness. We can share on each and all social media like instagram, facebook, telegram even youtube.

In world if there's something positive than there will be negative like if there is 2000 Rs real note than there is its duplicate. But when 2000Rs was not there there was no fake 2000Rs. So if there are genuine works than there will be fraud too. In todays time out of 100 merely 70% turn out to be fraud. Sometimes even registered company also does the scam. 

And when it comes to take legal action as a victim we can take actions against these fraud by complaining under section 406 and 420. According to 406 we can sue the company for fraud i.e the main intention of the company was to make money by doing fraud. And according to 420 we can sue the company for illegal neans of contract,fraud and looting. 

The main target of these companies are to make money by tourturing and frightening the clients. This companies does not exist anywhere physicall it only exist on call. Within every week their number keeps on changing. There is no fix location of company it keeps on varrying.

What to do under threatening situation?

Dont pay the money, ask for the address of the company, lodge a complaint against company. Dont fear and dont be afraid. Cause these scammers only try to monitize your fear and afraid. Be bold while talking to them. Directly say them you are not willing to pay cause if the money is paid once there is nearly no chance of getting it back.

Their website for work is : e-cpt.com, they try to threat you by calls and even message from advocate, in my case advocate name shikha patel contacted me. She was advocat from zet technology, asking to compromise and pay money on QR CODE. First of all if the company exist or is asking for money it  will ask money in its bank account but not on QR CODE. Secodnly date and time of each and every stamp paper changes. The stamp paper should be signed only if there are proof available at the time of sign, but if no one was available it cant be considered. Agreement is expected to be valid if both the parties has 100% information about agreement terms and with the concent by both parties.
